Croatian press reported that MOL was in talks with Russian Lukoil on selling Croatian fuel trader Tifon that the Hungarian fuels group acquired last year allegedly for EUR 150 million. While both parties denied the speculation, Croatian press said analysts would not be surprised if the deal was actually made. MOL flatly denied the rumour to Portfolio.hu on Friday.


According to Friday reports in the Croatian press, MOL would divest Tifon acquired last year for an alleged EUR 150 m.
