Difference between literary and pragmatic translations

The difference between the pragmatic translation (moreover it can be literary in terms of its content) and the literary translation (moreover it can be pragmatic in terms of its content) is contractual in nature.

The literary translation operates under copyrights, because books, articles, theater plays, movies, videogames... is intended to commercial publishing or public performance. The literary translation may concerns a literary document, a scientific article published in the Web or Print Press, an encyclopedy, a pratical guide, etc.

The pragmatic translation, which represents the majority of our translations, is a service provision.
